Instructions for registration, account navigation, pricing review and support requests in the current Netcloud release.
Account registration
Enter your name, a valid email and a password of at least 12 characters rated Strong or higher. New accounts start with zero balance and no servers.
Sign upAccount dashboard sections
Overview, servers, wallet, support and settings are accessible from the sidebar. Amounts display in toman and dates use the Tehran time zone.
Compare plans
Choose a country and datacenter, then compare plan resources, prices and billing periods. Each plan shows its availability. Review the final price and service terms in your order summary.
Support request management
After final identity verification approval, select sales, accounting or technical support in Support. Each message accepts up to 10 files, with a maximum of 5 MB per file. Do not send passwords or private keys.
